6976 is a silicon-based cationic photoinitiator that generates a pair of cations and anions upon UV irradiation, promoting the ring-opening polymerization of epoxy groups in UV coatings.
It does not require oxygen-free curing and can cure in the dark. Being liquid with excellent compatibility, it is easy to use, primarily applied in UV-curable epoxy resin systems.
It can be used in various UV coatings, inks, including printing inks (screen, offset), metal paints, solder mask inks, photo oils, UV adhesives, and other applications.
Fast curing speed, recommended dosage 2-4%.
